The British and Sikhs have a long history together. British historians studying Sikhi and writing it in their books. The 2 Anglo-Sikh wars and annexation of Punjab. And the prince Dalip Singh sent to Britain. They recruited Sikhs in both world wars. Mass Sikh migration in the 60s and 70s. Facing a lot of racism but now are accepted all over. A strong 500,000 community. Now we are shown across the media. This is all thanks to the Queen unlike the government.

Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh. Sangat ji, daas started writing a pothi sahib earlier last year but did not bother to ask any rules or anything. Could you guys give me advice on which bania I should write. Right now I have japji sahib, jaap sahib, swaiye, chaupai sahib, and like 10 pauria of anand sahib. I am planning on writing full nitnem and extra banis like sri shaster naam mala and braham kavach. Baaki, daas keeps sucham and treats the panne with satkar. Please just warn me of any other rules of writing gurbani. Bhul chuk maaf waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh. Btw I can't send pics right now but I will try soon.

What does Sikhi say about commenting on others sins and being bothered by others sins while not being perfect Sikh yourself, like when you see a young Sikh promoting drinking, or when they promote dating, or when they wear immodest clothing while wearing Kara or Khanda necklace? I am really struggling on finding anything on this topic and I really need help and guidance. Also along with feeling jealous of others and wondering why others look like they don’t care about Sikhism and ego? Please help 😭

1. What's the law/regulations regarding bringing full-size kirpans from India to the UK (England) in checked luggage? 2. I know that most people think that checked luggage is fine for big kirpans, but don't some countries or airlines have regulations about "swords" and "weapons" in luggage these days? If there are such regs, are they usually ignored? 3. Secondly, in the UK, is there any problem with wearing/taking along the big kirpan? Specifically, throwing it into your car and taking it to the Gurdwara? 4. What if you have to travel by bus/train to a keertan program in another city? 5. Finally, what about the reverse? Taking your fullsize kirpan to I…
