I'm talking about the editor of Des Pardes, who was publishing smuggled pictures of executed kharkus and probably people set up to look like them. Remember we were living in a time without mobile cameras being able to take digital pictures. So people had to physically get film to other locations instead of electronically sending them.

Everyone saying sikhs dont have a leader but everytime someone stands up for us they get killed. It's not like we dont want to have a leadership , they dont want us to have a leader we can follow. Like deep sidhu took a jibe at aap that they want us to pick up jhadu and leave kirpaan. He was taking a stand for us. But what happened then?

I'm not that clued up about desi politics these days. What do you think that jharhoo and kirpaan thing meant? Symbolically?

So basically the parties have identifying symbols like AAP uses jharu. So his point was sikhs need to hold onto their kirpaan(sikhi) not fall into the trap of jhadu(AAP).

Probably one of the most powerful speeches made in Punjab since the days of Santji and Balbir Singh Bhapur.  If AAP don't win a majority of the seats, it will be solely because of this speech and the man making it. The way in which he makes the choice clear, the struggle for freedom can never be won when you are ready to accept the symbol of servitude as your own was simplicity itself. You either accept the Kirpan gifted to us by the Guru, a symbol of self respect and the willingness to fight for both your own freedom and the freedom of others or you accept the Jharoo, the symbol of servitude. 

Also his interview in which he stated that we can never be AAM (ordinary) we are always KHAAS (special) in Punjab. The Guru made us KHAAS. Deep Sidhu pretty much destroyed the two USPs that AAP had in Punjab in the space of just a few days.
